Are you new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics? Our 4-Week Intro to Yoga Beginners Course is thoughtfully designed for complete beginners and those wanting to review and refine their understanding of foundational yoga practices.

This course offers a step-by-step introduction to yoga, focusing on techniques that will support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

You’ll learn:

  • Yoga postures (asana) to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • Breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm your mind and energize your body.

  • Mindfulness practices to cultivate focus and presence.

  • Deep relaxation exercises to release stress and promote inner peace.


By the end of the course, you’ll feel empowered to continue your yoga journey with confidence and discover how these simple yet powerful practices can enhance your daily life—improving sleep, reducing stress, easing discomfort, and creating a sense of clarity and calm.

The course is set in the tranquil Hele Yoga Barn, a dedicated yoga space equipped with all the props you’ll need. In this welcoming and supportive environment, you can simply bring yourself and enjoy learning in a small group setting.
